Managing Director – Andrew J Bourke
Managing Director, Andrew Bourke has thirty years hands on security, traffic control and safety industry experience operating in five-star hotels, at major events, major industrial actions in remote locations and close protection for V.I.P’s and elite business leaders. He has extensive experience in all aspects of security including Retail Loss Prevention, covert surveillance operation and investigations as well as safety and chief fire warden major CBD buildings such as The Riverside Centre, and five-star hotels. Along with extensive industry experience, Andrew has obtained a Diploma in Security Risk Management and has various Traffic Management Accreditations. As the Managing Director, Andrew prides ESG on their ability to manage million-dollar construction traffic security projects such as Leighton’s contractors and welcomes all new opportunity.
Business Development Manager – Albert Glowacz
Albert has been heavily involved within both the security and traffic control industries for the past 35 years. He has either owned or managed several of the larger security and/or traffic control companies in the country. Albert’s successful experience as a Business Development Manager has seen him win and accounts manage many large government and private consortia contracts. Albert also has a Diploma in Security Operations & Risk Management. He has the total trust and respect of all our clients, management and most importantly our staff.
Administration Manager – Angie Leeming
Angie’s has the responsibility of the day to day administration of ESG. She deals with all invoicing, payroll and general administration duties to ensure complete compliance. Her experience comes from over 20 years working in several industries and brings to ESG a professional and happy attitude that benefits all of our staff and clients.
Operations Manager – Edward Waters
Edward has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of traffic management, project management, work health and safety, is a (TMDO) Traffic Management Design Officer, under the new Transport and Main Roads qualification that take effect on 1st July 2016. Edward has been responsible for many projects varying from flood schemes, road improvement schemes to asset management and term maintenance projects. He is also trained to the highest possible standards in the Queensland and is accredited with (TMDO) Traffic Management Design Officer and RIICWD502D National Prepare Traffic Management Plans
Edward started his career as an Authorised Traffic Controller and is now one of our Operations Managers. He brings a wealth of experience and technical capability when it comes to planning as well as integrity and a great rapport with government and other regulatory bodies

Experienced Service Delivery Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Operations Management, Contractors, and Facility Management (FM). Strong operations professional with qualifications in Building and Construction.
